We'd been traveling around Thailand for a month, and this was easily our nicest hotel stay. We're usually fussy about noise and worn down places, but couldn't find a fault here. We were greeted warmly at the desk, got helpful suggestions for local food, and staff showed us the room and carried up our bags. The security guard and staff greeted us every time we came in. Those little things made the last few days feel special. The bed was so soft and comfortable we didn't want to get up, and everything was very clean. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge too. The location worked perfectly: quiet in the hotel, but close to everything and the shopping malls. We hadn't enjoyed staying in China town at the start of the month, so this was a much better way to finish our trip. The pool is small but just right. We'd recommend it to anyone after a luxury stay on a smaller budget. 10/10.

The doorman was consistently pleasant and stood up to greet us, even when we went in and out ten times. Some of the serving staff were nice too. But the woman who checked us in was stern and grilled us at the counter. Our husbands were dropping us off so we could continue a girls' stay, and she wouldn't let my husband's bags come up to my room. When a friend's husband arrived by car later, she wouldn't let him up either. This was around 1pm. It didn't feel welcoming or like a happy holiday. She kept asking where the other person was whenever she saw only one of us. It felt awkward and invasive. If we looked that suspicious, I'd rather she had asked for a deposit. I really feel for her colleagues, who don't deserve this review.

The team were very friendly, the rooms were cozy, and the rooftop pool was beautiful. Good value for money, too. It's near the BTS, which I'd recommend over taking a taxi since it's faster and better. There's no breakfast, but that gives you a chance to discover tasty new places.

The location was ideal, right by the city's best shopping malls, and our room was spotless, well kept and beautiful. We slept comfortably in the great bed. The service went way beyond what we expected, and the hospitality was the best we experienced in Thailand. One of the best hotels we've stayed at here. Highly recommended! 💯🌟

The staff were especially nice, and the service attitude stood out. The rooms were very nice and had a desk for working. It's well located near National Stadium BTS, Jim Thompson House, Sasin and other places. Thank you.
