The room was very dark, the bathroom was completely disorganized, and the water wouldn’t drain properly. On arrival, there was a strong rotten fruit smell coming from the fridge. I told the staff, but they still didn’t clean it. None of the facilities they advertised were actually available. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The location in Old Town Bangkok is superb, and the hotel was excellent. The staff were fantastic, especially the lovely Thai lady on the night shift. She’s friendly, cheerful, and so kind. Beautiful.

We booked three nights, but arrived to find the place fully booked. All they said was “sorry,” after wasting our time and patience. Nobody speaks English, so communication was really difficult. This place isn’t serious.

Our first room smelled, so we asked to switch. The staff were very friendly and gave us another room, which was nice, with excellent air conditioning, hot and cold water, and a working mini fridge. Prices were very fair. We booked through Agoda and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bangkok.

The rooftop is cute, with a nice view toward the city, and the place is in a relaxed spot less than a five-minute walk from khaosan road. I was happy here and wish I’d booked a longer stay. Check-in and check-out were easy 🙂 One night the AC had a loud hum, but noise-cancelling headphones got rid of it completely.
