We got a free upgrade when we arrived, and the staff were very friendly and polite. They replace the water daily. There’s a pool that’s often quiet, plus a small gym, and you can get massages and laundry service here. The hotel is close to the Metro and sky train, as well as good food spots and malls. There’s a country singer in the lobby and a place to have dinner.

The greenery around Evergreen Laurel Hotel makes it feel relaxing, and the pool, gym, and sauna are great facilities for a staycation. It’s clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, and being right in the heart of the city makes it easy to get around. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is great, and the price was decent for how comfortable the rooms are. There’s plenty of space, with a large bed, work desk, TV, and a few comfy seats. The pool, gym, and sauna are nice to have too. Staff were kind and thoughtful, always ready to help, and spoke English well. We felt at home and will definitely visit Evergreen again. Evergreen Laurel Hotel Bangkok felt like home, and my wife and I were already saying we’d miss it by the time we left. I can’t wait to return on my next visit, though I’ll miss it when I’m back in Sydney. The room was spacious, peaceful, and had a fantastic view of the Bangkok skyline. My wife loved the hotel too, and we both felt like royalty. The decor and ambience really stood out. From the lobby and corridors to the lifts, everything was beautifully decorated, with antique furniture and elegant details that made it feel like a royal palace. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this is easily one of my best experiences. For its charm, decor, and atmosphere, I’d give it 100/100. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok who wants a luxurious, relaxing stay. An unforgettable experience!

The best thing about this hotel is its location, close to Silom road, BNH hospital, and mahanakon tower. The staff are great, helpful, and speak good English. The rooms are well equipped, with a separate bath and shower, but the hotel is old and some areas, especially in the rolls, are showing their age.
