There are plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes with different kinds of food, which made getting around easy. Khao San Road and the canal are about a 5-minute walk away, and I used Grab many times without any trouble finding a ride. The room was clean and got a thorough daily cleaning, with fresh towels and bottled water. The bed was close to king size and comfortably in the middle, neither too soft nor too hard. The air conditioning was very strong, so I always changed into long sleeves, long pants, and gym clothes before bed. Be careful not to catch a cold. The shower heater worked reliably, so I could enjoy a comfortable shower. The owner was very kind, and breakfast changed each day. They also had bread, ham, and sunny-side up eggs, of course. It’s affordable, and I recommend it if you want to stay with a friendly owner.

The rooftop has a nice view, and the place itself is simple but has what you need in a great location. The service was exceptional, especially breakfast, which was included and changed each day. The Thai food was tasty, with fruit on the side. I told them I can’t eat chicken, and they remembered the next day, which impressed me. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The toilet has a curtain instead of a door. There are five floors and no lift for guests, only one for luggage, and there’s no view at all. The windows are decorative glass, with a thick protective fence in front. Weed smokers surround the place day and night, which doesn’t feel pleasant, especially when they have a disagreement. Breakfast is mostly Thai, but you can ask about other options for allergies or vegetarian needs.

Most attractions are only a 10-minute walk away. The staff were polite, and I’d definitely recommend it. No elevator for guests, just one for luggage. The bed is firm. Very firm.
