Breakfast was a real highlight of my week in Bangkok. As a French guest, I especially loved the food across the restaurants and at breakfast. There was plenty of variety, the flavors were excellent, and the croissants tasted like home, maybe even better, which is unusual to find abroad. The hotel has an elegant feel and a great city location. Staff were professional and attentive, and I enjoyed the amenities. My one reservation is that the rooms feel dated beside the rest of the property and could use renovation or updated furnishings. I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it for the atmosphere, service, and dining.

The breakfast buffet had an enormous range, from Thai food and noodle stations to pastries, fruit, and Western favorites. There was plenty for everyone, and you certainly won't leave hungry. The outdoor pool was another lovely surprise, large for a city hotel and tucked among greenery, a welcome break from the Bangkok heat. We also relaxed at the beautiful i.sawan Residential Spa & Club. Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok has a grand, classic look that made us feel like we were in a palace, right amid the city's energy. Service and atmosphere were top-notch throughout. A spectacular stay.

The pool service felt like a real luxury, from the welcome when we arrived to the complimentary fruit and even the bell on the sunbeds. The staff around the hotel were warm, and the breakfast team was especially friendly and attentive. Breakfast itself was excellent, with lots of choices and consistently tasty food. Our room was comfortable, with a nice golf course view. Its décor is a little dated and not really my taste, though it fit the hotel's atmosphere. For the price, our two-night stay was a great surprise. The lobby is impressive, and a wedding during our visit had beautiful decorations that made it feel magical. There were lots of families with kids, but everyone behaved well, with no shouting or running around. I'll definitely come back.

I've returned to Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok several times, and it's been a pleasant stay each time. Breakfast is a highlight, with plenty of choices for different tastes. Getting around is easy. The hotel is close to and connected to Chit Lom BTS station, and CentralWorld is about a five-minute walk away. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well kept, though the interiors look a bit dated beside newer hotels. A dependable choice in central Bangkok for repeat visits.

The food from room service is fantastic, and once you're inside, the hotel feels quiet and private even though it's in a busy area. I've stayed here twice on trips to Bangkok and keep enjoying my visits. Staff consistently provide excellent service and remember you during your stay, which makes it feel personal. Even when there are events or outside guests, the place never seems too crowded or overwhelming.
