The breakfast had lots of options, changed every day, and was genuinely delicious. The doormen were the friendliest and greeted us as soon as we arrived. When we had a couple of minor room issues, they were dealt with very quickly. Reception asked us to speak to the Manager, K, whose customer service was top notch. He listened to what we needed and sorted everything right away. From Feb 13-16, 2026, our housekeeper on the 20th floor was incredible. She was kind, cleaned thoroughly, and always had a smile, which isn't something you see at most hotels. We stayed three nights and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

The rooftop pool was a cool place to relax after a long day, and the location, while not super central, made it easy to get around by taxi or Grab. My room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked the city view. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. Good value for money. I'd stay again.

The pool is a bit small, but it was enough for catching some sun. There's a fitness center, and I love that the room has a tub. Next time, I'll upgrade to a corner suite. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are lovely and well furnished, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The river view and amazing location make this my go-to hotel in Bangkok now. Great value for the price, and I can't wait to come back.

The view toward the Icon Siam mall was lovely, and getting there by Uber was easy. I loved Thailand! The hotel staff were great, the room was beautiful, and there was a pool. Breakfast was delicious, and I liked having cold beer at the bar and a tea machine by the entrance where you could pick up cold drinks.

The pool was much smaller than the hotel's presentation led me to expect, and being offered little souvenirs in return for a good review felt unprofessional. We also found there was no Indian food, which made meals inconvenient, and the hotel is well away from the main areas, so trips took longer than we expected. On our last day, we asked reception for a bottle of water and were told it cost 20 THB. It was a small charge, but didn't feel in keeping with basic hospitality. Most staff were polite and helpful, though reception could use better training in guest service. Our stay at Grand Howard Hotel fell short of expectations, and the experience was average overall.
