Pinnacle Dream

I stayed six nights and loved it. Really good value, a great location, and staff who were kind, polite, and helpful. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is tucked away in the busy, colorful alley off soi 3, Sukhumvit, and it’s easy to miss. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. There’s a good elevator, good beds, and a proper shower stall. Staff and maids were friendly and helpful, and security seemed solid. The room safe was a concern because a bolted-in shelf kept my computer from fitting. Removing that shelf would make the safe more useful for guests who rely on a computer for work. It’s a good value and a great base for Sukhumvit nightlife. I’d choose a front-facing room for the big picture window and view of the street activity. I’d stay here again.

Staff were extremely helpful, and I’d gladly stay again. The hotel is right in the heart of lower Sukhumvit, with plenty of excellent Middle Eastern restaurants nearby. The street can be loud, but the rooms block most of it. I heard almost nothing except a barely audible Adhan.

There’s no way to open the windows, so the room gets no fresh air and can feel like a trap. The area, with Indian and Middle Eastern businesses, is very noisy. They don’t offer luggage storage or laundry, and when I asked about services, staff didn’t explain or help. They just didn’t seem to care. The hostels I’ve stayed in were ten times better for service.
