The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven only 50 metres away and Nana BTS Station about 700 metres away. Traffic is awful, so new visitors should use the BTS as much as they can and keep their bags closed. Free water bottles are provided, and coffee and hot water are available too. The price is reasonable, the ambience is quite good, and the room is spacious with good AC. The bathrooms are mediocre, though: very small, with taps in very bad condition. We saw 3-4 cockroaches every night and had to call staff to catch them. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very fast. I’d suggest fixing the taps and showers, since they weren’t working properly, and doing something about the many cockroaches.

The toilet was flooded and unusable. At checkout on the morning of 18/12, we asked the woman at reception to hurry because we had a flight to catch, but she was playing games, started shouting, and kicked us out. I’d strongly advise firing the big woman working reception. Maybe she’s the owner, so think twice before booking, since the service could be very bad.

There were cockroaches running all over the reception, and you can’t sleep there. The toilet smelled bad too. After I complained, a woman was disrespectful and aggressive, and wouldn’t return my deposit. Good luck if you go there.

A very large room with a balcony, great A/C, and a TV with Netflix and other providers. It’s a nice budget hotel in a quiet area off the main street, about 800m from Nana Station. The shower and toilet share one area, but it’s big.
