We had a reservation at one place, but on arrival they sent us somewhere else, which wasted a lot of time. Their phone service was just as bad: no one answered when I called, and when someone finally picked up my advance check-in call, they gave me another number that no one answered either. They need to manage the system better. If you can afford it, go elsewhere. If not, I guess you'll have to put up with it.

They claimed there was no booking even after I showed them the prepaid Agoda confirmation email. The people working there were strange, and the whole thing felt like a scam and a waste of time. Avoid this place.

I never actually stayed there. I booked through Agoda, tried to check in, and couldn't get in. Before arriving, I sent messages through Agoda and got only automated replies; nobody answered for two days. When I got there, no one was present, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone. A poor experience.

The map pin was in the wrong place, and the room wasn't clean. There was dust on the bedsheet, which would be itchy for someone with allergies. No amenities, just two bath towels.
