The hotel has decent amenities for the price, including an upscale hair salon and an in-house Starbucks where guests get 20% off. There's a good massage place nearby called lemongrass. Getting to the MRT takes about 8-10 minutes on foot, and managing luggage isn't very convenient.

The worn, old rooms were something we could put up with, but the hygiene was unacceptable. The hotel slippers were stained, dirty, and clearly reused. It made me wonder what kind of foot fungus the previous guest might have had. The morning staff were rude and inflexible, almost incompetent, a shocking change from the night shift, who were fine. We booked 5 separate rooms for 6 people, each as an individual booking, but the hotel lumped all the deposits together as if we were one room. We understood that late check-out costs 1,000฿. Three rooms checked out by 1pm, so there was no reason to hold their deposits, yet we couldn't get any of our 5,000฿ back. Why not charge the late rooms separately, as a normal hotel would? It made no sense and felt like laziness or intentional obstruction. One friend accidentally left his room card inside after checking out. Housekeeping was already in the room packing up, but reception still made him go upstairs to retrieve it and come back down before they'd process checkout. The rigidity was ridiculous. The way they dealt with deposits, checkout, and guest concerns was frustrating and deeply disappointing. Definitely not worth the trouble.

The hotel is within walking distance of different establishments. My room was very clean, and the front desk staff were approachable and accommodating. The bath had a tub and strong water pressure.

The photos on the booking site look completely different from the hotel. The place felt dirty, with a poor environment and extremely bad hygiene. They don't provide disposable slippers, and the ones available had black stains that wouldn't come off. I strongly don't recommend staying here.
