We stayed one night so I could work, and with a toddler we needed to adjust the room setup. That's when we saw how dirty it was under the bed. My wife called the lobby to ask for cleaning, but they said they could only do it the next day, our checkout day, because rooms are cleaned once daily. We had to push before anyone came. That service was disappointing, and we won't return.

The WiFi was poor, with lots of buffering, and the air conditioning worked only intermittently. The pool and gymnasium were still closed when I arrived on December 1, even though I had rebooked for that date after being assured the pool would be open. I mentioned I was looking forward to trying the new facilities at check-in, but no one said they weren't ready. The pool might open on December 5. When I asked the managers for a gesture, such as free breakfast as an apology, they said no and told me I could cancel. That would've been inconvenient. I've stayed here many times, but won't again. Be aware that the pool and gymnasium are closed for renovations if booking for October or November 2025. The management service was really poor.

Our room looked out onto a dump site. Inside, it smelled of building materials, smoke, and damp. Breakfast was bad and served in the opposite building, so we had to walk there in the rain, without even an umbrella. I think the reviews on booking apps are fake.

The full-height windows and glass doors open straight to the outside. From 8:40 in the morning, a lawn mower and a whole team doing cleaning work were just a meter from the windows.
