I stayed Friday the 2nd and left my ID card with the hotel. When I asked for it the next day, they said they didn’t know where it was. They told me someone else had taken it without checking, so it was lost. The service was awful, and they couldn’t solve the problem. The staff member who served me was a dark-skinned man, though I don’t know if he was Indian. I just want my ID card back. Who would even use somebody else’s ID?

The location is great, in a lively part of Bangkok, and you can walk to both Benchakitti park and lumphini park. We had a 1000 baht room deposit on arrival and got it back at checkout. We paid for a city view window, but our view was just a passageway between buildings. The bed felt like a park bench. Save the money and sleep in Benchakitti park instead. I left with a sore back and stiff hips at the grand age of 24.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the woman at reception. I was running late for my flight, and she coordinated quickly with the taxi driver to take the fastest route, then helped me get into the cab promptly. I made it to the airport on time thanks to her. That care and service earns five stars from me.

A dirty, dusty, musty place with no customer service. I booked a balcony room but was given one without a balcony. When I went downstairs, the guy just shrugged. No apology or concern. I asked for my deposit back straight away, gave up the booking payment, and left to find a better hotel. Fortunately, it was only one night. It looks nice in the booking site photos, but in person it’s dingy and filthy, run down and nasty all over. If you want somewhere fairly nice in this area, this isn’t it. At best, it should be a two-star hotel. In the West, this would be a seedy one-star place used for hourly rates. You’ve been warned.
