The room rate felt like good value, with food options, convenience stores, the MRT, and the Esplanade all close by. I'd stay here again. Check-in was quick for my four-night stay in December 2025, and my key was ready before I arrived. The front desk and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable, everything worked, and there was plenty of space to lay out my things and enough outlets for chargers. The problem was the guests in the two rooms across the hall. It looked like eight people were staying there. They kept their doors open, which is how I knew, and were loud at all hours, day and night. When they weren't making noise in their rooms, they stood in the hallway talking loudly, playing with their phones, or yelling to the other room. I saw they'd checked out when I left, so they weren't long-term residents, just inconsiderate guests.

The TV didn't have internet, but I plugged in my Chromecast through HDMI and that sorted it. For a two-star place, this is great and has what you need. The AC worked well, the hot shower had decent pressure, and the MRT was literally a two-minute walk away. Staff were nice and helpful.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the BTS station is only a short walk away, so getting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were especially friendly and helpful, and the place offered great service and accessibility. A great place to stay.

I went to reception to ask about room availability and prices, but the older woman at the desk had no manners. I checked the reviews and saw that other guests had similar experiences with her. Rude staff, so I'll go somewhere else, thanks.

The location is really handy, with the MRT Thailand Cultural Center, two malls, Big C Ratchada supermartket, street food, and local Thai restaurants nearby. The facilities and staff are great too. I’ll stay here whenever I travel to Bangkok and recommend it to everyone. LOVE
