The location worked well for the major mall nearby, and even though it’s across the river from many main attractions, it was still close enough. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and modern. The pool and gym had a great view, though the gym was very bare bones, with one bench, some weights, and two running machines. Great value for what you get.

Getting to the temples was easy from this hotel because the water taxi stop is nearby. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Iconsiam is accessible from the hotel, with lots of shops, market stalls, and good food options, including Muji, Zara, and Balenciaga. We spent a nice afternoon wandering around, and even though it’s a modern mall, the prices seemed very competitive for Thailand. Breakfast at the hotel was also a very good standard, with pretty much everything you could want.

Right across from IconSIAM, this Hilton Garden Inn is a dream if you like food and shopping, and the Gold Line BTS right there makes getting around easy. The rooms were really comfortable and surprisingly quiet, and the fast elevators never made me wait. Everything stayed sparkling clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m tired of the scene at Sukhumvit, so this has become one of my favorite places in Bangkok. I’ll be back next time!

The location beside ICONSIAM made it easy to enjoy the riverside atmosphere, and the room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special touch was the birthday surprise they arranged for my husband. It was such a sweet, thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated the care that went into it. Thank you NongFern. We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn and will definitely return.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but met friends there and we hung out on the 9th floor. Happy hours applied, and the service was great. Juy was really friendly and gave us good recommendations and promotions. I’d definitely recommend this place.
