Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Silom

We had a lovely long stay in a clean, pleasant suite and would definitely return. The reception team was very helpful, and the location was fantastic. At the Stone Bar, NOK, KWAN and TUK were welcoming hosts, with excellent food and three kinds of draft beer. Concierge AU also took care of all our requests and transport arrangements.

This hotel feels like home whenever I’m in Bangkok, and it’s in a great spot with lots of restaurants, shops, and markets nearby. The staff are so friendly. Ms. Tuk at the lounge restaurant makes wonderful drinks. I loved the mai tai and chocolate banana smoothie. Ms. Nan is the hardest-working front office manager I’ve ever met. Hilton is lucky to have her. And thank you to Mr. Boon for taking such good care of our luggage.

We’ve already booked another stay. The location made getting to Silom and the river easy, and the service was exceptional. Everyone at reception helped with the small problems we ran into. Au the concierge was especially friendly and helpful, assisting with our bags and arranging an airport taxi at a good price. The rooms were comfortable, though a little dated, and the river views were great. One room smelled of smoke whenever we came in, but staff let us switch rooms when we raised it. There was also very little overhead lighting, which was annoying at times.

A fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Silom, one of my best Hilton visits. The staff were responsive, and the service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all exceptional. Special thanks to Jessica, Nok, Ja, Nan, and the lovely woman who looked after our room on the 16th floor. Thank you!
