The room was cleaned really well every day, and the service throughout my stay was great. I especially loved seeing Khun Lookpla at the restaurant each morning. She recognized me and greeted me with so much energy, which made everything feel warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful time at ibis bangkok sathorn and would definitely stay again on my next visit to Bangkok.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a relaxed, welcoming feel. What made it extra memorable was the staff. Khun Poom, Khum Plw, and KC were so kind and always smiling, and they really went out of their way to make me feel looked after. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. I’d recommend the Ibis hotel to anyone visiting.

Lookpla was especially attentive and made everything feel easy. The place is very convenient too, with a 7-Eleven and several restaurants right outside. Had a great stay and would highly recommend it for a Bangkok visit.

We asked for a quiet room and they were happy to arrange one. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was pretty good. There are heaps of cafes nearby, and the spot feels peaceful while still being central. The train station is only about a 5-10 minute walk away, so getting around was easy. We’re planning to come back.

This wasn’t my first time at ibis Bangkok Sathorn, but the staff made this stay stand out. At breakfast, Chef Poom and Tal in the kitchen took such care with the soft-boiled eggs, and their warm smiles and attention to detail made it memorable. Annie made check-in easy with her friendly, attentive manner. P’Pew+ brought great energy and a real service mindset, while Aimmie was always smiling and caring with guests. Great service all around. I’ll definitely return.
