The hotel is reliably clean and in a fantastic location, but what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated me during this lovely two-night stay. When I arrived, the lobby was packed. Khun James waved me through and got me checked in smoothly, all while being very friendly. Billy and Chompu also added a personal touch with a sweet note on the bed and playful drawings on the mirror. On an earlier visit, though, the Duty Manager was slow and impolite. I hope the hotel looks to James, Billy, and Chompu as examples of the warmth and professionalism that bring guests back.

The walls are very thin, so I occasionally heard activity next door. That was the only drawback I noticed this time. As an Accor diamond member, I was impressed by the service, and the special room setup was amazing. K. James at the front desk was attentive and helpful, and it didn’t feel like a budget hotel at all. K. Billy made Christmas Day fun with writing on the mirror, while housekeeping arranged the bed and greeted us with smiles in the corridor. The corner room also felt more breathable since the rooms are quite small. The bed was one of the best I can remember from the Accor chain. Food was another highlight. I ordered several dishes at the daily bar, and they all tasted great and looked good. K. Bird is my favorite staff member. He’s always humble and welcoming to me and the other customers, and he’s the only one who went through the COVID era with Accor member. Breakfast was still nice quality, though the service used to be better.

We had a problem checking in because the reservation confirmation in the Agoda app wasn’t working properly. Jinny kindly helped my group and managed to get us a room despite the booking issue. She was attentive and professional the whole time. We really appreciate her support and dedication. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The rooms were spotless and so comfortable, and the location was just right for exploring. I was really impressed by the value for money and the top-notch service. Loved my time here and will definitely visit again.
