We stayed six nights in Building 2, next to the main building, and had a pleasant time. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when their English was limited, using Google Translate to do their best. Our room was spacious, with a queen bed that could fit three comfortably, though the amenities were only for two. The pool was clean, but the water felt quite cold, probably because we were there in December. The washer and dryer on the fifth floor were convenient, at 40 THB and 50 THB respectively, and saved us a trip out for laundry. Room cleaning could have been better, since we found food crumbs left behind. The Wi-Fi was generally okay but sometimes lagged and took a few minutes to reconnect. It would also be nice if two room keys came by default, since an extra one requires a 300 THB deposit. Still, we enjoyed the stay and found the hotel comfortable and convenient.

I booked five nights for a business trip and left the day after arriving. The hotel never told me when I booked that construction was underway, with loud noise all day. There’s no breakfast, or even a restaurant for basic meals, and the room was terrible and everything extremely uncomfortable. Although it was the only hotel in the area with a star rating, I don’t think it deserves any. There was no service at all, and the staff made no effort to help. The towels were very old and soaked with chlorine, which caused an allergic reaction. When I checked out, the manager didn’t even try to discuss a refund for the remaining nights. I really don’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money.

I chose it because Wutthakat train station is a short walk away, and I’d definitely stay again. The room was spacious and good value, though it was a pity the sofa was missing and left a big empty space. Everything else was good, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Getting to the markets and shops means walking along tight streets with no footpaths, but there’s plenty of choice once you arrive, as long as you head in the right direction 😂.

Great value for the price, and I liked how local and authentic the area felt. There are two 7-Eleven stores just a 1-2 minute walk away. Smoking isn’t allowed in rooms or on balconies, but there’s a designated spot in the garden. A good budget stay.
