The owners are warm and welcoming, and it’s a very nice, quiet place. You can easily walk to the canal, Ko San road, or the Ragamaderm Mauy Thai stadium.

The road in front is busy, so it might not suit light sleepers. Otherwise, the price seems fair when you consider they clean the room twice a week and provide breakfast. There are cheaper places around, but I stayed for a month at the beginning of 2024 and loved it. Spend a little more to pick a good room, it’s worth it. The ladies are really kind and are happy to show you the rooms again and again.

The room was too hot because the air conditioner wasn’t working, and there was no safety box. This was the worst experience ever, and the place is 👎👎👎. I don’t know who gives this place five stars, and the four-star rating is misleading. Now I’m suffering in the heat and afraid I’ll lose my money.

I’d call this place a tourist and UN intern scam. The room photos don’t show what it’s really like, and the manager tries to make money wherever he can. I moved out as soon as possible after he tried to charge me an extra 400 Euro a month for my partner to stay. When you threaten to contact the owner, suddenly everything is free. The place feels shady and is overpriced for what it is. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
