The room was spotless, and I used the tap water to brush my teeth and wash my face without any reaction. They also provide bottled water. The shower drain backed up a little, though. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the BTS station, with lots of massage shops nearby. I felt safe walking back at 2 a.m., both alone and with my cousins. We’d booked a room with two beds, then added two nights that would have meant changing rooms. At check-in, they upgraded us to a room with three queen beds, so we didn’t have to move for those last nights. We stayed Oct 11-15, 2025. One note: reception is at the cafe across the street, I think it’s called everings?

So convenient for getting around on foot. There’s a street market, convenience stores, and massage parlours close by. The rooms were clean and nice, too. I’d rate the room 10/10, the location 10/10, and the service 9/10. Highly recommended!

The bathroom used to be outside the room, but now it’s inside. I first stayed here in 2020, when there wasn’t a lift, and they’ve added one since then. It’s cramped and pretty slow, but given the space they had to work with, I thought it was good. I’m patient, so the wait didn’t bother me much. VERY VERY GREAT!!!!!!!

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the beds are kept in good shape. It’s close to Pratunam market and Indra square, so you can do your shopping on foot 😄. There seems to be one room per floor, which gives you privacy. They take a 500 baht security deposit in case someone loses the Access Key Card. Service and room cleaning were a bit slow.
