The room was dirty, and the noise made it really hard to sleep. The air conditioner roared, and sounds from the hallway came through as if they were inside the room. Someone clomped around in hard heels all night, then a loud group partied for half the night while management did nothing. A fire alarm went off and woke everyone, and nobody even apologized the next morning. At check-in, the room didn’t match its description: it was listed as 19 m² with a king bed, but the queen-size bed barely fit. The walls were filthy. I only gave it two stars because the roof didn’t leak. Don’t stay here if you need a clean place and a decent night’s sleep before a long trip.

Nana BTS was just a 2-3 minute walk away, which was perfect. The lobby is small and shared with a tailor, and you can spot the place by the UOB ATM. I stayed two nights, but both rooms had a TV problem. The first one wasn’t working on day one; staff tried to fix it and moved me. When I came back after going out, the TV in the second room was down too. A technician was meant to come at 10 p.m. but never showed. It wasn’t fixed until the next morning. One of the front desk staff was helpful, so it could’ve been a good stay.

My room was small but handy, with a mini fridge and two bottles of water. The view out the window was excellent, and there are several restaurants nearby. Korean Town Sukhumvit Plaza is about a 10-minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower and faucet both worked properly. The TV worked too, though I didn’t need it. Service was excellent, the price was reasonable, and I got my 500.00 THB deposit back after checking out. I’d say it deserves 3-star quality. Thank you very much 😀👍

The staff were kind, and the room was very clean. Restaurants and 7-eleven are close by, and the embassy of Sweden is around 5 to 10 minutes away. I’d recommend staying here.

Staff and housekeeping nice, and the room’s in a good spot near bars, 7-Eleven and massage shops. The toilet’s so-so, the shower doesn’t keep everything from getting wet, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out.
