I stayed for two months and would come back. The free Tuktuk makes getting to the BTS easy, and there’s a big 7 eleven right in front of the building. Rooms are quiet and generally clean, though there were a few small issues. When we had a couple of misunderstandings with management, talking things through got them sorted out smoothly. Everything else was fine. The bed and pillows are quite old and already dirty, and the furniture is dated too. The pillows especially need replacing, which shouldn’t take much.

There were cockroaches in the room. Staff sprayed, but the problem continued. The road outside isn’t very walkable since there’s no sidewalk, so you’ll need the shuttle or a motorbike taxi.

After living here for two years, I moved abroad for work, but came back for a short holiday because the service during that first long stay had been phenomenal. The staff are still amazing and welcomed us warmly. Our room was super clean, and it was quiet enough to sleep deeply. Thanks to Kikky, Linly and the whole team for making it feel like home. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I spent six months here on my first condo rental in BKK. It’s a quiet area, and the building is kept tidy and maintained, with good laundry facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. My electricity and water bills caused no issues, and I got my deposit back without any trouble. I’d be happy to stay again if I return to BKK.
