The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and everyone helped make the place feel comfortable. I noticed a lovely, fresh scent as soon as I walked into the lobby. This was my second stay, and I expect to return again.

The room was neat, clean, spacious, and all the amenities worked. It's in a safe area with little to no noise at night, about a three-minute walk from the airport railway link. You can get food delivered to your room, and 7-Eleven, restaurants, and cafés are all within a 5-10-minute walk. One of the best safe, great hotels I found online.

The hotel is right by Hua Mak station, with good service and a decent price. The lights are bright, and YouTube is available. Bring a Thailand adaptor for a USB charger. If a good bath and a strong shower matter to you, this place may not be a fit.

The good points were the clean, nice rooms and how close the place is to the metro for getting to the airport. But the shower doors wouldn't close, leaving the bathrooms humid, and there was visible black mould. You could hear the busy streets all night through the windows, which weren't soundproof. Worst of all, a terrible air freshener scent reached the rooms, and my clothes still smelled of it days later.

The balcony feels pointless when smoking isn't allowed out there. It would be five stars from me otherwise, but that rule just doesn't make sense.
