The location is good, but the traffic is dangerous for people walking. Service was terrible during our four-day stay. We could never find the housekeeper, and often saw new guests coming and going in a rush. The housekeeper always seemed unfriendly, and when we asked for help tidying the room, they looked really impatient. The slippers rule in the living room made no sense to us. Sometimes we were supposed to wear them, sometimes not, and we couldn’t work out what they wanted. I really don’t recommend this place.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and a very convenient spot near three great malls with lots of good food and bars close by. The BTS is only a short walk away. For the person who commented about it, try going via Soi Sukhumvit 39 instead of the shorter route on Sukhumvit Alley 35. It’s a much better walk 👍🏼

Other than the access issues, it’s a very nice hotel. The building is on a corner with no parking, on a narrow, busy two-way street without a footpath. Walking the 400m to the shopping mall feels like taking your life in your hands. My friends stayed here, including a disabled man who uses a walking stick. They put him on the fourth floor, with only stairs and no elevator. After a week, they moved him to the second floor.

The place is great if you’re able-bodied, but I wouldn’t recommend it if stairs are difficult for you. There’s no lift, and staying on the fourth floor added to my pain every day.

The room is really nice, and the night view is lovely. It’s very close to a shopping mall, so getting around is easy.
