Jasmine Grande Residence Suite Bangkok

The rooms were comfortable, though the A/C was extremely noisy. I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout our four-night stay, but there were a couple of snags: the airport transfers seemed to be miscommunicated, and after we paid for the breakfast buffet, the hotel's records didn't show it when we came down the next morning. We were there during a busy spell with lots of families and children, so the pool was constantly occupied and hard to use. The location wasn't as convenient for getting around and exploring as some other hotels on our trip, though I could have researched that better beforehand. Thanks for the experience.

The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent, which is why I'm giving five stars. I did have a frustrating moment in the lobby when I couldn't connect to the wifi. The glasses-wearing skinny guy at reception told me they were working on fixing it, but didn't connect me to another network. A bell boy got my phone onto a different wifi quickly, and I wondered why the receptionist couldn't have done that instead of causing me the hassle.

Getting there was easy from Ekkamai BTS station or Phra Kanong BTS station, and Grabs were convenient too. We had a great stay, and I'd highly recommend it. The staff were kind and considerate, especially with our two-year-old at breakfast and in the lobby. There were lots of high fives and boxes exchanged. The breakfast was really tasty, with a different menu each day. As a vegetarian who eats no egg, fish, or meat, I found plenty of options, including in room service. Our room was modern and very clean, with a washing machine, microwave, and even a freezer. The slippers and daily bottle of water were a cute touch. Housekeeping were absolute superstars: they even washed our dishes, including our toddler's milk bottles, though they didn't have to. I was so thankful.

We stayed for three nights and had a good experience. The staff were helpful and kind, and it's useful having a supermarket downstairs with an entrance from the lobby. Prices there were normal, not like hotel prices. The location is great, the rooms are large with a small kitchen, and there's a small gym and pool.
