The rooms felt dated, and both the carpet and sheets had stains. The elite lounge offering was underwhelming, though breakfast was good and the service was very good. The lobby is beautiful, the fitness center is amazing, and the pool is okay. I’d try it again in a few years, once it’s been renovated and reopened under JW.

Sasidorn Arayacha, the Front Office Manager, gave me a thoughtful welcome and paid great attention to detail. The staff were friendly and attentive from the start, and the hotel had a comfortable feel. My room was clean, tidy, and well cared for. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I received the expected privileges and felt my status was recognized. I’d recommend staying here and would gladly come back.

We only stayed a day before heading to Phuket, and I wish we’d booked at least two nights. Next time I know better. The location is great, around 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel is clean and quiet, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly, professional, and so attentive that all the catering to us felt almost annoying as someone who usually looks after myself. Breakfast had lots of choices and everything I tried was excellent. I’d recommend this place again and again. You’ll be pleased with the choice.

The room was clean, the toilet was excellent, and I had a nice city view. The hotel is very conveniently located near MRT stations, so getting around to different places is easy. There’s also a 7-11 convenience store at the hotel, though it closes at 10pm. I loved my stay.

Earn Cha, Chef Buasad, and Juju were especially kind and attentive. The team clearly cares about how guests are treated. My stay at Jubilee was very pleasant, from the warm greeting when I arrived to a quick, smooth check-in. I appreciated being able to sit in the lounge while the team took care of the formalities.
