The WiFi didn't work, and the front desk wouldn't help me sign in. She just kept pointing to a paper listing things to buy. When I was checking out and trying to get my key deposit back, my grab driver was left waiting over 20 minutes. The woman at the desk had been away for 30 minutes, while I kept ringing the bell in the very hot lobby. The customer service was the worst I've experienced. She was rude and unprofessional. Absolutely horrible hotel, DO NOT STAY THERE.

This was the worst hotel I've chosen. The room had a disgusting, strange smell, and when I turned on the air conditioner the room vibrated. Its outside fan hadn't been repaired and was loud. The cracked door let me see outside from inside the room, and the shower head hadn't been replaced, so water sprayed all over. There was even a chopping board in the bathroom. At night I could hear the people next door and motorcycles passing while I tried to sleep. The hotel is far down an alley and annoying to find. I booked through Agoda for 785.74B.

The inside is nice, though getting there is a little inconvenient since it's down a back alley.

This is one review, not two, despite what the manager incorrectly says. To the manager, who still doesn't seem to understand the problem and blames paying customers: when someone asks you a question and gets ignored five times or more, they may lose their temper and react badly. I hit my hand against the counter and elevator because I was being ignored, and I felt that reaction was justified. If I broke Thai laws, you can call the police. Otherwise, you need to take responsibility for treating customers badly and getting a bad reaction. That's your problem, not mine.
