For the price, this is a clean place in a good location. The rooms looked pretty clean, with no animals and no stains on the linen. Honestly, a very good experience. Can't complain.

The price is very good and the rooms are fairly clean, but if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to avoid it. The air conditioning was unbearably loud for me.

The location is good, but long-term guests shouldn’t count on getting their security deposit back. They’ll give some reason and keep it. Read the contract closely before signing, since it may contain odd conditions in Thai that they won’t explain. Also, if your room is near the large building at the back, you’ll hear generators running constantly to produce electricity, 24/7.

It’s about a 10 minute walk to the BTS Skytrain. The WiFi is awful, sometimes I can’t even get a Google page to load. The staff are nice, and the room is clean and okay. They clean it when you ask.
