We started and ended our Thailand trip here. When we returned, the staff remembered us, and the bartender came over to ask how we’d enjoyed the trip. They’d also decorated our room with special welcome-back signs. The room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Their kindness and attention to detail were beyond what we expected, and they made the trip memorable.

Our GSH Travel group of 11 had a memorable stay at Madi Paidi Bangkok, Autograph Collection. The hotel is stylish and beautiful, in a great Bangkok location, and the hospitality felt warm and personal throughout. Thattham (Art), Sorakit (Kevin), Doris, and the concierge and guest services teams were especially helpful. They communicated well before and during the stay, arranged airport transfers with multiple vans, shared thoughtful local tips, and made sure every guest’s details were ready ahead of time. The group check-in was one of the smoothest and most organized we’ve experienced anywhere. After a long travel day, that efficiency made a real difference. We were also touched to find each guest’s name handwritten on the mirror in their own room. It was a thoughtful detail that made everyone feel welcome and valued, and our group kept talking about it during the stay. We’d gladly recommend Madi Paidi Bangkok for individual visits or group travel in Thailand.

The restaurant was excellent again, with great food and a lovely atmosphere where everything feels considered. The pool and gym are both beautiful and functional, and they’re a big part of why we enjoy staying here. The hotel feels like a calm oasis in the middle of Bangkok. We’re back at Madi Paidi Bangkok after 1.5 years, and the warm, attentive staff somehow remembered us, which made the return feel personal. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, balancing calm with character so you want to spend time in them. It’s also hard to fault the location: close to the BTS and surrounded by good restaurants, cafes, and creative spots, but tucked away enough to escape the city chaos. We’d happily return again and again.

This is my first Google review because the hotel really deserves it. I booked three nights on the official website in December 2025 and had a lovely Christmas holiday here. The location is excellent, only a few minutes’ walk from BTS Thong Lor station. The room was spotless and had an aromatherapy scent I really liked. Breakfast was mostly Western-style, with a simple but nice buffet. From the front desk to the restaurant, all the staff were warm and smiling. They’d chat with us while we waited for our ride in the lobby, and since they knew my son loves Thai milk tea, they surprised him with a cup almost every morning before we headed out. He got along with them so well, and the atmosphere was always joyful. I was impressed by their professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommended!
