Inside, the place had a really cool industrial look with warm tones, and the room was clean and tidy. The road leading there wasn't very pleasant to walk along, but for the price I got, it wasn't bad.

My Deluxe room was extremely small, with no kettle, coffee, or balcony. The building is very old and has been converted into a hotel, with no elevator. The top, 5th floor gets extremely hot because the old building has no insulation. I suggest staying on the first or second floor only, and not accepting another floor. They give you just one key card, so if two people share a room and one goes out, you have to text each other and walk downstairs to unlock the main gate. That's a huge problem if you're on the 5th floor. They should give every guest two key cards.

I stayed one night, and my experience was good. The room was fine for a 3 star hotel and had a small balcony where I could smoke. The place has 3 or 4 floors, so you need to use the stairs. It's only a two-minute walk to 7e. I don't know if it's in a tourist area.

The hotel is quite far from the center, though close to a BTS station, and we got a free BTS ticket from the hotel to mochit station. Since it's in a small alley, taxi drivers usually don't know the location well. When we checked out early in the morning, the security guy helped direct our taxi driver out of the alley and even offered to book us a taxi. He was a very nice guy with a cold face, and we really appreciated his help. The design is quite unique, it's non smoking, the Wi-Fi is strong, and it has plenty of amenities. The place was clean, though the bathroom is very small for a tall person. There's a 500baht room deposit, paid back at checkout.
