The rooms have thin walls, so you may end up hearing your neighbors' TV while trying to sleep. Breakfast is served in a very small area for the number of guests, and at that price I'd rather eat elsewhere. Check-in was bad too. The staff were rude and seemed untrained in customer service, and the manager couldn't handle simple requests.

I tried the hotel for the first time with my fiancé, since we were considering bringing 20 wedding guests to stay in June. We checked in November 15 and left November 18, 2023. Most things were fine, though the hotel felt a bit overpriced. At checkout they added 1,000 baht for foundation marks on a pillowcase and face towel, which they said covered washing them. The marks came out with ordinary face wash. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and never been fined for this. Hotels wash bed and bathroom linen every day anyway, and foundation is easier to remove than ink, blood, or coffee. Paying almost half the room rate to wash a few pieces of linen was unacceptable. They tried to calm me by saying they normally charge for a new set instead. I think I was scammed to help cover maintenance costs. People pay at checkout because they don't want a stressful morning full of arguments and conflict. I'll never return to this place or another property under the same management.

The room and shower were clean and nice, and breakfast hit the spot, espresso drinks included. Good value, and a pleasant place to stay.

The nearly new two-bedroom apartment was spacious and spotless, but a few finishing touches were missing, including soap and coffee or tea. The kitchen couldn't really be used since there were no pots or pans.
