We came back to Maple on four separate nights during our two weeks in Thailand, and would stay again. We paid less than $45 USD a night, which felt like great value. The hotel is clean and large, spread across three towers, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included as a buffet with a nice range of food. The omelettes were really good, and the fresh Thai Tea was a nice touch. It’s still being renovated. There were a few drawbacks. On two of our four stays, we didn’t have hot water, and one night we couldn’t change channels on the TV. There aren’t any drawers for clothes, though that was fine for our single-night visits. One night we got two single beds, while on the other three stays we had a bigger bed. The rooms were clean.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and I had a very restful stay. I also liked the bathroom setup, with a bathtub as well as a separate shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt modern and pleasant. Maple Hotel is in the Bangna area, not far from BITEC Exhibition Center and Mega Bangna. It’s a convenient choice for business trips or shopping.

There’s loads of space, including a huge room for two, and service was good. Breakfast was very good too, with Asian, Western, and local dishes. The one issue was the toilet flush. I had to press it three times, so it needs upgrading.

I stayed for four days. The staff were always friendly and smiling, but the room facilities were old and needed repairs. The power outlets were old and should be replaced. There weren’t any cups, spoons, coffee, or tea. The toilet had no bidet, which was very inconvenient. The shower leaked, and the hot water knob was broken.

The room was filthy when we checked in, with fake eyelashes stuck to the mirror. Dust was everywhere, and it felt disgusting and unhygienic. The furniture also looked very old and in need of an upgrade. I was breathing in all that dust, and now I’m back with the flu, a fever, and a sore throat. See the dust photo. Not recommended.
