The main downside is that the BTS station is a bit far. Walking is easy in daylight, but not so pleasant in the dark, though motorcycle taxis cost around 10-20 baht each way. Otherwise, it's a new, clean room with good serviced-apartment facilities, and they seem to offer both daily and monthly rentals.

I stayed for a week and only used the air conditioning on three nights. From a business perspective, I was an ideal guest, yet the maid seemed unhappy to clean the room. She cleaned it only three times in those seven days and took her anger out on me. The receptionist, a woman weighing at least 65 kilograms, violently attacked a young female traveler who weighed 48 kilograms, leaving her with injuries and marks. She had repeatedly tried to draw the guest into arguments. When the guest walked away, the same front desk worker blocked the door and attacked her. On another occasion, the larger woman followed her up the stairs and tried to start a fight, saying the guest wasn't brave enough to fight her. The guest kept saying she didn't believe in arguing, but this “manager” spent her working hours making the stay as difficult as possible or playing on Facebook. The manager put the young guest in a room where drunk motorists sitting during the day could look up and see where she was staying. There was no privacy for showering without someone trying to look up. The security guard was rude and unhelpful. When we asked him to call a motorcycle taxi, he smugly said no, even though it was only 8:00 PM. The housekeeper did a decent job, but was always angry and unwelcoming, and was rude beyond belief. I didn't trust her to do her job without being mean or rude. This isn't a safe place. The review says it would be deleted if the owner emailed and addressed the concerns. An apology would be appreciated, but isn't necessary. The place deserves staff who respect the owner by being helpful. One time, the manager was “helpful” by using the owner's money and resources to print a color map instead of a black-and-white one. The manager is very sly and tricky, and clearly can't be trusted with the owner's resources. Playing on Facebook and violently attacking guests are unacceptable. Read the other reviews about the staff and make your own decision.

A cheap, cozy, pleasant place to relax or live. It's near BTS BANGCHAK, and a motorcycle taxi is only 10 baht.

Quiet, comfortable, and the air conditioning even has ion production. I’d stay here again next time.
