It's dirt cheap, has AC, and sits 100 meters from the BTS station. Lower your expectations: this is somewhere to shower and sleep, not hang around in the lobby or room. It suits one person aged 20-30. With a family, I'd save a few more dollars and choose somewhere nicer. Location is everything. If you want a nicer hotel, pay 2500-4000 baht a night and stop complaining, lol. That's the beauty of Thailand, with options from 300-baht hostels to 150k-baht suites. This isn't the Four Seasons or Dusit Thani.

The staff are welcoming and kind, and the location is great. It's very budget, but totally fine for just a couple of nights. There's some street noise outside, so very light sleepers may not like it.

There were lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the location was excellent. The room was clean too. Highly recommended.

The BTS station is at the end of the street, and eateries and pubs are an easy walk away. It's in a central, very busy area, and the staff were awesome. I've stayed here twice.

The air conditioner seems old and took a while to cool the room. The BTS is less than a five-minute walk away. The toilet and bath are together, while the sink sits outside facing the bed.
