For budget and convenience, this hotel can work well. The location is really handy and the service was quite good. But my room was pretty dirty, and anyone looking for a high-quality room may want to choose somewhere else.

We'd stayed here four times before and always liked the location, but this one-night visit was disappointing. Our room was 1724 on the recently renovated 17th floor, and it didn't seem ready for guests. Dust from the refurbishment was visible around the room, even on the coat hangers, and the fresh paint smell was strong enough to block my nose. It felt as though the work had just finished and the room hadn't been cleaned or aired properly. The water was difficult to set, swinging between too hot and too cold, and basic pieces like bedside tables were missing. Since we were only there one night, we managed, but rooms should be fully prepared before they're sold. With better timing and proper post-renovation cleaning, the location could still make this a reasonable option.

At about $30 a night, this place is doing what a budget hotel should. My room was clean, housekeeping came regularly, and they left fresh towels. Getting around was easy too, thanks to the convenient transport links. It's comfortable, safe, and functional, though it isn't a luxury resort. Expecting five-star service at this price doesn't make sense. I'd happily come back for a short, affordable stay.

The room, bed, and service all made me pretty happy, and the place is otherwise quite acceptable for the money. It's the shower that's the problem: it swings from boiling hot to freezing, with no setting in between. The shower heads seem to cause it, and the staff don't seem able to recognize or fix that. Apart from this, I have nothing to complain about. I'd stay again for a night or on a budget, since I don't think you'll find better for the price.
