Stay away. The hotel WiFi didn’t work, so I couldn’t scan the QR code they required for check-in. They gave no refund. It felt like a scam, and this was the worst hotel in Bangkok, if not the world.

The bathroom was disgusting, and the aircon didn’t work. Even walking in, the hallway smelled bad. Check-in was a nightmare. I’d tell people not to stay here.

The rooms were tidy, and for what I paid, everything seemed decent. I arrived early in the morning to find reception empty, but staff came over within seconds and helped with a smile. The automated check-in option is there, though I didn’t need it. There’s free coffee, parking outside, and I think there’s laundry too.

I had to wait 30 minutes to get into the room because I received no check-in instructions and couldn’t reach anyone at the phone number. There was nobody at reception when I arrived, or the next morning. I eventually got in after my Bolt driver reached someone, who said the key was in a locker and gave me the code. It turns out reception is never staffed, and this was one of the worst stays I’ve had in my eight years in Thailand. The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor, and there wasn’t a kettle in the room. I only learned after arriving that check-in was meant to be completely automated.
