I picked this hotel because I needed somewhere near the airport. I had seen negative comments, but curiosity got the better of me and I tried it. The room was clean and well maintained, the food was really delicious, and the service was great. I borrowed an iron, and they brought it over so quickly that I was surprised and forgot to tip the person, haha 🤣. They also gave me a place to iron. I'll stop by again next time I'm in Thailand. Muslims should check whether a dish contains pork. I don't know if the receptionist was a ladyboy, but please be a little friendlier: she was rude to women and friendly to men 🙏🏻

The staff were very good and helpful. Rooms get plenty of daylight and have a nice view, with neat sheets and a nicely arranged toilet. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had different cuisines. At night, though, the corridors and rooms are very dim, which can feel a little scary for kids. The hotel is somewhat far from the city, so finding a good restaurant nearby is difficult.

Don't trust this hotel. I booked through Agoda with cancellation available, but the hotel took the money as soon as I booked. Agoda just shrugged and told me to contact the hotel. I've called and emailed them three times each, and got nothing back. Their cancellation and refund policy is crooked, and you'll lose money. There are lots of other reliable hotels nearby. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The food was very nice, with plenty of Indian dishes to choose from, and the bathroom had a bathtub. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious, with basic amenities, and the service was good. It's right on the main road, so easy to get to. There's also a swimming pool and gym.
