The owner was easy to reach and helped us a lot. He shared the story behind the place and explained the interior materials and design details, which I found interesting. I like hotels with some history and soul more than generic rooms. We saw him working on little improvements every day, too. Our room was spacious, stylish, and properly cleaned. I loved the bed and pillows, which says a lot because I'm usually picky about mattresses. The location is quite central, with a park and market nearby. Do take the host's suggestions for food and things to do. Thank you, Guy, for a great stay 🫰🏻

The bed was super comfortable, we slept well, and the owner sent great instructions before arrival, with useful Bangkok tips. They seem to be trying hard, and perhaps the other rooms are better, but ours was underwhelming. It wasn't what we expected: the place is behind a beauty shop, and our room seemed like it may have been a storage space. It had no window, cockroaches in the bathroom, and an almost overwhelming smell of bug spray. We also had trouble getting Grab taxis to come there. In Bangkok, location matters a lot, so choose carefully.

The host was incredibly supportive, and the loft had everything we needed, with lots of lovely details. It's well connected and close to benjakitti park. We had an amazing stay!
