Why set up rental rooms this way? Leaving out motorcycle parking would help. Food delivery riders end up squeezing into a narrow space right by the street entrance, where they wait to get to the building and cause traffic jams. Around Bangkok Noi and Bangkok Yai, delivery riders are already a well-known nuisance.

I stayed here last year, and the garbage handling was awful. There was a bad smell and lots of rats. When something in the room broke, it didn't get fixed. They sent the housekeeper to inspect it instead of calling a repairman, but she didn't know how to handle it. The dorm manager, a fat man, didn't seem to care and just made promises. I have no idea whether things have improved since then.
