The room was spacious and clean, with strong air conditioning. They left two bottles of water each day, plus shampoo and body wash hanging on the door, a detail I liked. The location is very central and close to everything, though the hotel sits down an alley away from the main road, among nuru massage shops. Some families may not feel comfortable there. I only stayed two nights, and the weak shower pressure was still a letdown, even though I adapted. There’s no elevator, so heavy bags are hard to carry upstairs. The property seems to be run by just a woman and her daughter, and the lobby isn’t open around the clock. Without a key card, you can’t get into it. I arrived around 1:30 AM, rang the bell, and waited about eight minutes. They were clearly asleep, and I felt bad waking them. That first night their manner felt unwelcoming and their communication was rather dry, which struck me as unusual in Thailand. For the rest of my stay they were completely fine. It’s a decent place for a short visit, though I’d suggest no more than about two nights.

The location made it easy to get around, just off the main road with bars, restaurants, malls, and a 7/11 on the corner. We’d happily stay again if we return to Bangkok, and only wish we could have stayed longer. We’ve been travelling around Thailand for five weeks, and for this price this was easily the best and cleanest place we found. The room was huge and comfortable, with hot water and WiFi. It was spotless and cleaned every day. The staff were very sweet, and having a shared microwave was handy. A real hidden gem.

There’s a bit of an oasis almost on sukhumvit, and it’s a great stay for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even found an earbud I’d dropped and left it where I’d spot it on my way in. Rooms upstairs are smaller but get much more light. Downstairs rooms are big, though not especially bright. The place was extremely clean.

The place is right across from emsphere. It’s down an alley, but I felt completely safe there. Clean property, friendly staff, good value. I’d stay again.
