Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park by IHG

The location worked well for me, with easy access to the MRT blue line and lots of shopping malls nearby. The food was amazing, one of the best places I’ve eaten. Hospitality was great too, with exceptional service and very kind staff.

The location is handy, very close to the MRT and Lumphini Park, which is lovely for a morning walk. You can feed some fish there too. Two malls, Dusit Central and Silom Edge, are nearby, along with convenience stores and good food. Try Ginger Farm House in Silom Edge. I’ve stayed twice already and definitely plan to return at the end of 2026. The rooms are very spacious, both bedroom and bathroom, and the hotel is clean throughout. The breakfast buffet has a wide mix of cuisines and an egg menu with several skillfully made options, like eggs benedict and souffle. Customer service is polite, and the pool is well maintained, without sunken dirt or detached tiles.

My parents really liked the breakfast, especially the range of Asian dishes. The room was a little small but comfortable, and all the staff were polite and helpful. There’s a small mall next door, with Central Park a short walk away. The location is excellent, very close to both BTS and MRT. The ground floor could use renovation. It’s busy with people coming and going, the resting area needs more seats, and cleanliness there could improve. We’d definitely visit again if we get the chance.

The staff are what keep bringing us back. Everyone is first-rate, from the maintenance engineer who fixed our door lock to the front office team, restaurant staff, and cleaners. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, we could use the Crowne Lounge on the 31st floor. We often had breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails there, with exceptional service from the ladies working hard to make guests feel welcome. It’s a beautiful property, with large, clean, comfortable rooms and a fantastic location near Lumpini Park, hospitals, and the MRT. This is one of our favorite hotels, and we’ll keep coming back.
