The six-person room was spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds, nice-feeling sheets and blankets, and very cold air conditioning. It even had a pool table. The room came with an iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, hangers, and a hanging rack, so everything felt complete, like a 5-star hotel. We changed rooms and left some luggage in the first one. Since we got back late that night, the staff kindly moved it all to the lobby for us. So sorry about that! The customer service downstairs was excellent too. They were always helpful and even gave me extra sachets when I checked out. The lobby is small, but there’s complimentary tea, coffee, and refillable drinking water, along with a scale and full-length mirror. It’s a great place, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends.

Just got back a few days ago. The hotel was very nice, and the staff were friendly. Pratunam Night Market is about a 3-5 minute walk away, and Grab and Bolt are easy to get. Our room was spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Guests on the 7th floor have private rooftop access from inside the room. There’s one lift, a little small for more than two or three people. If you’re on a lower floor, the stairs may be easier, especially when people are checking out.

We stayed in the room with two full beds, two twin bunks above, a pool/pingpong table, and a projector TV with a couch. It was a very nice stay, and I’d recommend it. There were two showers and two toilets, with nice hot water that was clean for the most part. I noticed some black specks in the grout, but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be avoided. We didn’t use the laundry service, but it was available. The little fridge was a good size and held plenty of food, there was plenty of water, plenty of outlets, and the wifi was excellent. The upper bunks were the only downside, a bit creepy with cobwebs in the corner and flying bugs collecting there. The hotel is on a quieter street, an easy walk from the street clothing market and Platinum Mall. For places farther away, it was easy to hail a cab from the hotel or a nearby street.

We ended up carrying all our bags to the top floor, then found out there was an elevator. Nobody mentioned it or offered to help, which was the most frustrating part. The room had a moldy smell, and the toilet floor didn’t seem clean. Their damage fees also felt wildly unreasonable and made us uncomfortable throughout the stay. We wouldn’t come back.
