In July 2017, the rates were 9,000 baht per month for a 3 month stay, or 6,500 baht per month for a 1 year stay. The deposit was 10,000 baht.

Year after year, there's been no improvement in the service. The rooms are small and expensive, and the head housekeeper is very rude. People in the building complain, but she either doesn't notice or ignores them because she thinks she's always right. It's ridiculous. We're renting and paying, not asking for free service, so the service should be better.

I rented there for 11 years and moved out last year. The location is central and close to work, which was convenient, and the price being high was something I could accept. But there was no one looking after the place. When the air conditioner broke, I had to fix it myself. Waiting for them to repair it could take months, and there were no regular maintenance staff, even though there are several buildings. The owner never came down to check on things. I got along with the housekeeper because I'd lived there so long, and she spoke nicely to me. I stayed for years mostly because I couldn't be bothered moving. If you need to be near school or work, it may be okay, but if you can avoid renting here, do. Also, someone once died on the third floor of building 35. 😁😁😁

The only thing going for this place is its city center location. The room is small, expensive, and falling apart, management is terrible, and the owner doesn't supervise anything. Repairs take ages, the washing machine included, while construction noise goes on constantly. I've never written a review before, but this place pushed me to do it. If you want a decent place to live, run away.
