The pier is very close, making it easy to get to popular spots like Platinum Mall and China Town. The place is pretty and tidy, and the rooms are large, beautiful, and well maintained. Staff were really friendly and helpful. A solid 10/10.

The staff welcomed everyone warmly and were very friendly. The cleaning was especially good: the floors, bed, towels, and everything in the room were very clean. The location is very good too. I'd rate this place 10 out of 10. Very good.

The bed was comfortable, which was the one thing I liked. The neighborhood is popular, but I didn't feel safe or comfortable there. The place is at the market entrance and far from the city center. There were rules about taking off shoes at the entrance, not using a regular bath towel because you'd pay if it got dirty, paying a fine for fallen hair, and closing the door quietly. It felt like being in a camp, not a hotel for rest and relaxation. There's no elevator, and the stairs are too narrow for large luggage. When our card was blocked, there was nobody around to help us get the door open. We booked two days but stayed only one night. When I contacted you on the other platform, "Booking", you denied what happened even though I had photos to prove it. And offering fries just to get a good review? Seriously?!!

There were a couple of cute cats around, and the rooftop area was a nice spot to sit and look out over the city. There's a small restaurant up there where you can buy sausage, fries, and beer. The staff were super friendly, the hotel was beautiful and well maintained, and our room was large and in great condition. This place is great!
