For a stopover near Suvarnabhumi, this was decent value. I paid under $20 a night, and the room was simple but clean, with a TV, kettle, tea and coffee, bottled water, daily cleaning, a hot shower, and a small balcony. The rooms are a little worn, but still fine if you don't need to be right at the airport. It's two minutes from ARL Hua Mak Station, then three stops, about 15 minutes, to Suvarnabhumi Airport for 25 baht. There's a very clean pool, a small but tidy gym, and a 7-Eleven around the corner. The mattress was worn enough that I could feel every spring in my back. The walls could use fresh paint, some joints need sealing, and there are a few cracks, though nothing was beyond reason. Overall, the value for money was acceptable.

The room was a good size, the water was heated, and the Thai bed was firm and comfortable. For the price, the quality is top.

I stayed for two months in an unserviced room, so I had to bring my own sheets, pillows, towels, and other basics. The monthly price worked out cheaper than paying by the day. A fridge and microwave were included for free. There weren't many other foreigners staying there, but I had a decent stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and nights were quiet enough to sleep well. The bed was a comfortable king, and the room was big enough for me and my few large bags. The furniture was old, but the room was fairly clean. I also got my deposit back without any trouble, one week after moving out. There are machines on site for water at 1 baht per litre and laundry at 30 baht per load. The pool and gym are small, but you get what you pay for. Shower pressure was good. The TV isn't smart, and only gets a few local Thai channels and maybe three English channels, all with a poor signal. You can connect a computer by HDMI. ARL, MRT, and supermarkets are within walking distance. The area has lots of mosques, and loud prayers can be heard several times a day. Most people around here are Muslim, and there are no bars, clubs, or the downtown Sukhumvit kind of nightlife. Utility bills in these Thai apartment buildings seem unusually high, and mine were very high while I was there. Even so, it was a good stay, and I recommend it.

This was my second stay, exactly a year after the first, and the room had recently been renovated. It looked chic and modern, almost like a high-end boutique hotel, and the redesign seemed carefully done. Everything was spotless and fresh, enough to make me feel like I was the first person in the room. The place has a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff still treat you like a VIP. The quality seems to hold up and even improve year after year. I slept incredibly well on the soft, fluffy bed, better than I have in ages. I'm already planning a third visit next year. We also stayed here during the March 28, 2025 earthquake and had no issues. The building felt solid and safe, which gave us confidence in its structural integrity. We picked the hotel mainly because it’s close to the red train line, and it’s also fairly near Bangkok’s main airport. Rooms were clean and had the basics: air conditioning, a mini fridge, wardrobe, and safe. The pool was a nice extra, with showers, clean toilets, and towels available. The furniture and decor were a little dated, and the rooms clearly hadn't been renovated recently, so fresh paint and updated furniture would help. Reception staff could also use better English for international guests. There’s no breakfast or restaurant on site, but plenty of cafes and restaurants are a short walk away in this central area. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and the location was convenient. Nothing bothered us during the stay. I’d gladly stay here again if I return to the area.

I only stayed one night before heading to the airport, but it was a great place. I also enjoyed a swim in the pool.
