Paradox Bangkok Sukhumvit

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Sukhumvit 15 from October 15 to 19 for my daughter’s birthday, and it was a pleasant visit. The laundry service was the one letdown. I asked them to wash a couple of clothes, but got no response even after reminders. The hotel was impeccably maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Yan Pap Phoom kindly arranged balloons for my daughter, adding a personal touch to the celebration. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good quality and taste. Aside from the laundry issue, we had a delightful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place in Bangkok.

The staff and service were absolutely first class. I stayed in a King Suite with a terrace, and it was beautifully furnished, spacious, and comfortable. OMG, with the huge bathroom, spa tub, shower, and all that closet space, I felt like a king!

We had a great time at Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok, Sukhumvit 15 for my daughter’s 5th birthday. The hotel doesn’t have an executive lounge, which I knew when booking, but I was pleasantly surprised to get two complimentary rooftop bar drink vouchers per night. That felt generous compared with other Marriott Select brands I’ve stayed at. When I couldn’t use all of them, the front desk suggested I redeem them at the restaurant during checkout. A small but meaningful example of the service. The team reached out by email two days before we arrived to confirm our plans. I’d asked for a suite upgrade for the birthday, and they granted it, decorated the room, and surprised my daughter with a slice of birthday cake. The room wasn’t quite ready when we got there, but we waited about 30 minutes and got early check-in before noon. Thanks especially to Khun Kanoon, Khun Kanokwan, the front desk team, the bellboy who showed us to the room, and the housekeepers who greeted us warmly and wished my daughter happy birthday. We found the pool a good size, uncrowded, and just right for spending time with her. Maintenance work was going on, and the hotel offered us the option of using the nearby Westin pool for more privacy, but we were happy with the Four Points pool. The 4 p.m. late checkout was a big plus too, so we could leave without rushing. The location is convenient, with a back exit leading to Robinson, Terminal 21, and Asok BTS station within five minutes. Breakfast had a modest selection but was sufficient, and the egg station was one of the most customizable I’ve seen in a hotel. Some dishes were excellent and some average, but it was satisfying overall.

We had a comfortable stay at Four Points by Sheraton. It’s a short walk to Nana BTS, Asok BTS, and Sukhumvit Metro, so it works like an interchange. Terminal 21 is nearby, and the big Central Mall is just a few stops away. Very convenient. There are lots of pubs on the street, and Sukhumvit road gets a bit sleazy at night, but that didn’t bother us. The room had the necessary amenities and was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a rooftop bar and pool, though we didn’t use them.
