The rooftop terrace was a treat, especially during happy hour, and the hotel's location worked well for day trips and other activities. The room was comfortable, with a large shower and a good showerhead, which suited me as someone with long hair. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Booking, check-in, and check-out all went smoothly, without any problems. I had a wonderful stay at the Park Plaza Hotel and would come back.

The room was nice and had everything we needed, and the location and service were great. Dear, Breeze, and Feiya deserve a special mention. The only drawback was the view: our room faced an apartment block just about 3 meters away, so we couldn't open the curtains. Given the price, location, and service, that was a minor issue.

We booked a massage and it was fantastic. The therapist was amazing. The pool was lovely and relaxing, and while the gym is small, it has the basics. It's easy to get around from this hotel, with public transportation close by and lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff we met were kind and helpful. The only little snag was that we couldn't turn off the TV for some reason. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

The room was very good, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is well placed, about a 15-minute walk from malls such as Terminal 21 and Emsphere, with some nightlife nearby. People were helping me even before I had stepped inside, and everyone stayed friendly and helpful throughout. I had a great time, and if I come back to Bangkok I'll stay here again. I'd recommend it to friends visiting too. Thanks for the hospitality, see you next time!

It's on a quiet street for central Bangkok, but Sukhumvit Road is very close and makes it easy to find transport to just about anywhere in the city. The Park Plaza is a very good hotel with good facilities. Staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive, a real credit to the place. Happy to recommend it.
