The street is quiet, and the woman working there was kind. I stayed while taking exams at the University, which is a 20-minute walk along a sidewalk or a 4-minute motorcycle ride away.

Getting to the airport is convenient, and calling a taxi there is easy. The rooms are clean and attractive, the service is excellent, and there's free WiFi. Security felt strong too, with facial recognition used to unlock the door. I love this place! ❤️

The owner was warm and friendly and took great care of the tenants. My room was peaceful and private, clean, comfortable, and furnished with everything ready to move in.

We stayed two nights for my mother's graduation at Kasem Bundit University, including the rehearsal and ceremony. I hadn't asked for a room for three, but after learning on the second day that an elderly person was with us, the owners and staff found us a first-floor room and even tracked down a sofa bed. I was surprised they'd figured out we needed it. I'd been considering going back to my condo because I felt bad that the room was meant for two. The bed was comfortable, and although the bathroom looked a little old, it was fine. There's parking across the road. My only issue was that they ran out of drinking water. The room cost just 500 baht.
