The little planted Biotop here is lovely, with all kinds of animals around. We were also close to restaurants, the night market, and shops, and the cleaning staff were so kind. There were cute dogs and cats too. We stayed in a standard cottage and found it really cozy, with a comfy bed, good AC, and a pretty terrace over the water. This cottage type doesn't have a fridge. The owner said they'd asked Agoda many times to correct the listing, which still showed a fridge and TV as far as I know. We didn't feel we were missing anything, though, and had a perfect stay.

The regular room was really nice, clean, and had a good bed and everything I needed. I'd rent that one again for sure. After my planned two days, I extended for another two and moved into riverside hut number 102. That one was horrible: dirty, with a terribly hard bed, bugs, and no refrigerator. The guy next door smoked cannabis constantly, so everything stank.

I wouldn't stay longer than two nights here. It's fine for a short visit and convenient enough, though we didn't get to try the riverside bungalows. Our room was near the common area, so it could get a bit noisy. The blankets were more like throws, and not very good. Breakfast was very basic, but there's a menu.

The guest house is in a really satisfying spot, with all the tourist places nearby. The huts are down the stairs and would be good if they were made soundproof.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants, 7-11s, pharmacies, and other places along the main road just nearby. The guest house itself has a well kept outdoor area with a nice rockery, and a bar space with lovely old furniture where they serve decent breakfast options. My room was nice, with a comfortable bed, very good air con, and a roomy shower room.
