Being right beside a market and a future MRT station is a great location. The downside is that the gym and pool were closed during Covid, even for vaccinated residents, while we were still expected to pay the full service costs. The parking sticker fee feels a bit steep, though seeing how many cars this condo has makes it understandable.

Getting around this older condo has been inconvenient because BTS construction is happening right in front. The road keeps closing and opening unpredictably. I expect things to improve once the work is finished, but with Covid-19 delaying construction, I have no idea when that will be.
